History and Existing Projects
First Project is in Home of our Lord; constructed on 8 acres (350,000sf); in the Suburb of Cairo, Egypt.
It consists of 8 buildings designed in the shape of a fish (Christian Symbol in old times):
• 3 buildings; each building (4 Stories) with capacity of 75 rooms accommodating 261Pax +
Kitchenette - Living - Study - Hobbies - in Ground floor.
• Fourth building (4 Stories) with capacity of 30 DBL rooms accommodating 60Pax +
Kitchenette - Living - Study - Hobbies - in Ground floor.
• Fifth Building (4 Stories) with capacity of 48 Pax with Dining Room, Small Kitchen, Clinic, Pharmacy, Laundry and Administrative Offices
• Sixth Building being Central Kitchen and Dining Room on the two floors with capacity of 500Pax.
• Seventh Building being Reception and Meeting area
• Eighth Building inside Playground being changing rooms with capacity of 30Pax.

a) Ramses Y. Atteya Co: Trading in a lot of products (100% of production of the factories mentioned below in point 2,3,4,5,6,7,8) plus other local factories (mainly in textile sector) together with relatively small home electrical appliances.

Our mission is to create and build a theme park where the Bible comes to life through immersive
attractions that strengthen faith in children, families, and believers of all ages.
Designed with care for everyone, the park will offer wheelchair accessibility, prayer spaces, faith-
friendly dining, and a warm, welcoming environment for all.
Whether visitors are parting the Red Sea with Moses or walking on water beside Jesus, we hope
they leave with more than just memories — our true aim is that they leave transformed.
