Red Sea Split – Walk Through the Miracle
🌊 Red Sea Split – A Walk Through the Miracle
Walk through parted sea with rocky seabed, Towering water walls with fish swimming inside
Wind, mist, and light effects simulate divine atmosphere, Sequential parting triggered by visitor
movement, Symbolic props enhance storytelling
Step into the heart of one of the Bible’s most breathtaking miracles. In Red Sea Split, you don’t
just witness the parting of the sea—you walk through it.
As you begin your journey, the sea appears whole and impassable. Then, with divine drama, the waters begin to part—section by section—revealing a rocky path beneath your feet. Each step
forward triggers the next parting, immersing you in the unfolding miracle.
💡 How the Miracle Comes to Life
• Towering Water Walls: On both sides of the path, massive transparent acrylic tanks filled with real water rise like frozen waves. Inside, live or animatronic fish swim gracefully,
creating a living, breathing sea.
• Sequential Opening: The path is divided into segments that open gradually as you walk, using hidden retractable walls and synchronized effects. This creates the feeling that the sea is parting just for you.
• Wind & Mist Effects: Discreet fans and mist sprayers simulate the rush of wind and sea spray, adding movement and atmosphere to your walk.
• Rocky Seabed Path: The floor beneath your feet mimics the natural terrain of the sea bottom, with textured rocks and subtle vibrations that make each step feel real.
• Immersive Lighting & Projection: Dynamic lighting and projection mapping bring the water to life, simulating swirling currents, divine light, and the majesty of the moment.
• Symbolic Props: At the start of the ride, each visitor receives a symbolic item—like a staff or satchel—to carry, enhancing the storytelling and personal connection to the journey.
This walk-through experience accommodates up to 30 visitors at a time, offering a shared yet deeply personal encounter with one of the most iconic miracles in Scripture
More Explanation on technical matters:
The “walls of water” on each side of the path are not actual free-standing water like in nature. Instead, they are
contained and shaped to look like towering, parted waves. Here’s how:
Option 1: Acrylic Water Tanks
• Each side of the path has giant curved acrylic tanks filled with water.
• These tanks are shaped to resemble waves frozen in motion.
• Inside the tanks, you can have live fish or animated fish projections.
• The tanks are anchored into the ground and supported by hidden steel frames disguised as rocks or
terrain.
Option 2: Simulated Water Walls
• Use double-layered glass or acrylic panels with water flowing between them.
• Add LED lighting and projection mapping to simulate movement, depth, and fish.
• This reduces weight and risk while still giving the illusion of water.
🧍♂️How Does the Sea Open Gradually While Visitors Walk?
✅ Segmented Path Design
-
The walking path is divided into sections (e.g., 5–7 zones).
-
Each section has curtains, sliding panels, or fog walls that hide the next part of the path.
✅ Motion-Triggered Opening
-
As visitors walk forward, motion sensors or RFID wristbands detect their movement.
-
This triggers the next section to “part”:
-
Curtains slide open
-
Fog clears
-
Lights activate
-
Mist sprays and wind fans turn on
-
Sound effects play (e.g., rushing water, divine voice)
-
🧱 Visual Illusion + Engineering
The illusion of water “standing” in the air is created by:
-
Curved transparent tanks or panels
-
Strategic lighting and sound
-
Hidden support structures disguised as rocks or terrain
-
Controlled mist and wind to simulate movement
